No sé si os sonara, pero en los noventa habia un grupo de música indie de Liverpool. Se llamaban THE FARM. El 26 de noviembre de 1990, editaron un single llamado "All Together Now", que era el grito de guerra que lanzaban los sargentos británicos para animar a los soldados cuando salían al ataque. De hecho el grito completo era ALL TOGETHER NOW IN NO MAN'S LAND, y precisamente ese es el estribillo de la canción. La portada del maxi-single mostraba a un jugador de subbuteo vestido con el uniforme de un "Tommy" inglés, empuñando una ametralladora Bren.

Posteriormente (2007) se utilizó esta canción para diferentes anuncios, como el la campaña contra el cancer o el del Banco escocés Clydesdale. Asimismo también se han regrabado varios versiones nuevas como himno para la selección inglesa de futbol.

La canción, en su introducción recuerda enormemente al famoso Canon de Pachebel; y como curiosidad deciros que fue producida por el cantante de Madness, (los que paseis de los 35 sabeis de que grupo estoy hablando...)

Ahi va la letra, en inglés, of course... para mi es preciosa, sobre todo cuando habla del parón navideño de 1914. Bajaros el tema, espero que os guste.

Da gusto volver a verte Moritz! Un saludo y me dejas de piedra con esta canción. Yo la conocía por el grupo de oi! The Opressed relacionado con el "mundillo" hooligan y skin (en este caso de izquierdas) y para nada lo tenía relacionado con nuestra guerra (la verdad es que como no tengo npi de inglés pues poco iba a sacar en claro). De lo que se entera uno...
